Sample coolers are devices designed to reduce the temperature of the working medium in order to safely analyze its chemical composition. As a rule, for boiler houses and heating points, periodic analysis of the working environment circulating in heating networks is necessary. This makes it possible to identify the composition of the impurities contained in it, as well as to avoid exceeding the level of normative indicators.

Sample coolers 1-76 are network water sample coolers, also called sampling coolers OP-1-76 are used at sample temperatures up to 225 °C and pressures up to 3.2 MPa. With these parameters, the estimated cooling rate of the sample will be 5.5 liters per hour. The sample temperature should not exceed 40 °C.
